Project . 04

Multi-Entity Financial Transformation.

A group of businesses with no unified financial visibility.

The situation.

Three separate businesses, each with its own accounting mess. No reconciliation process. No profit-and-loss visibility.

Bank transactions piling up unprocessed. The leadership team was making decisions in the dark, unable to see the financial health of any entity, let alone the group as a whole.

Three sets of books should produce three views and one consolidated view. They were producing none of those reliably.

What we built.

We designed and built a unified financial management system across all three entities. Automated ledger processing, transaction categorisation, bank reconciliation, and real-time P and L dashboards.

Each entity maintains its own books while leadership gets a consolidated group view at the touch of a button.

The system pairs strict month-end discipline with everyday automation, so the close happens in hours, not weeks.

The result.

Full financial visibility across all three entities for the first time. Monthly close went from days of manual work to hours.

The finance team shifted from data entry to strategic analysis. Decision-making improved across the board because leadership could finally see the numbers in real time.

Finance is not a back-office function. It is the operating dashboard for the business. Treat it like one and decisions get faster. The pattern . Case 04
