How we handle your data.

Who we are.

The controller of your personal data is PT Grand Vision Perspective, a company registered in Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. Contact: connect@grandvisionperspective.com.

What we collect.

We only collect data you give us directly, plus a small amount of anonymous usage data when you visit the site.

• Contact form submissions. When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, and the message you send. This is delivered to connect@grandvisionperspective.com via our forms provider, FormSubmit.
• Field Notes subscribe. When you subscribe to our field notes via the form on the insights page, we collect your email address only. This is delivered to the same inbox.
• Operations Health Scorecard. Only if you use the optional email form on the scorecard. See Operations Health Scorecard below.
• Strategy call bookings. When you book a strategy call via the booking link, you provide a name, email, and a few questions about your business through Google Calendar.
• Anonymous site usage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It records anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is being used (which pages are popular, what countries visits come from). It does not identify individual visitors.

What we do not collect.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics with personal-data profiles, social media tracking pixels, or any cookie that follows you around the web. The site does not set tracking cookies. Nothing on this site is sold or shared with advertisers.

How we use it.

We use what you send us to reply to you, run the strategy call, deliver a proposal if there is a fit, and (if you have subscribed) to send the occasional field note when one is published. We do not auto-enrol you in anything. We do not send marketing automation. You will hear from us when there is something worth hearing about.

Operations Health Scorecard.

Your answers and score are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us unless you use the optional email form. If you do, we receive your email address, answers and scores, by consent, to send your result and reply if you ask. If you also tick the Field Notes box, we use your email for Field Notes until you unsubscribe. We keep scorecard emails for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client.

Third parties we rely on.

To run the site we use the following services. Each has its own privacy notice.

• FormSubmit processes contact form, subscribe form and scorecard email form submissions before delivering them to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the site behind its CDN and provides the cookieless web analytics described above.
• GitHub Pages serves the static site files.
• Google Calendar / Appointments handles strategy call bookings.
• Google Workspace hosts the inbox at connect@grandvisionperspective.com.

Transfers outside Indonesia.

FormSubmit, Cloudflare, GitHub and Google may process data outside Indonesia. We rely on their contractual data protection terms and, for forms, on your consent given when you send the form (UU 27/2022 art. 56).

Business contacts and outreach (UK and EU).

This section covers the business contacts we reach out to in the United Kingdom and the European Union. It applies only to that outreach, and it does not change anything above about how we handle data under Indonesia's UU PDP.

• Who we are. PT Grand Vision Perspective, Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us at connect@grandvisionperspective.com.
• What we collect. The name, job title, company and work email address of people at businesses we think may benefit from our services.
• Where we get it. Publicly available business sources such as company websites and professional directories.
• Why, and on what basis. To offer our consulting services to businesses, under our legitimate interests (UK GDPR and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
• Who receives it. Only our email and storage provider acting for us, Google Workspace. We never sell it, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
• International transfers. The data is held in Indonesia and by that provider outside the UK and the EU, under their standard contractual safeguards.
• How long we keep it. Twelve months from our last contact if there is no reply, or until you object. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only a minimal record so that we do not contact you again.
• Your rights. You can object to direct marketing at any time (reply 'no thanks' or email connect@grandvisionperspective.com), and you can ask to access, correct or erase your details. You can complain to the ICO in the UK, or to your local data protection authority in the EU.

How long we keep things.

Emails you send us live in the connect@ inbox until we both agree the conversation is done, after which we may archive or delete the thread. Subscribe list emails are kept while you are subscribed; if you reply to unsubscribe, we remove your address from the list. Booking records sit in Google Calendar until the call has happened plus a short follow-up window.

Your rights.

Wherever you are based, you can ask us at any time to: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete what we hold, opt out of any list we have you on, or withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). Email connect@grandvisionperspective.com and we will action it within a working week.

Changes to this notice.

If we change anything material, we update this page and the date below. The current version of this notice is always the one published here.

This notice is published in English and Indonesian. If the two versions differ, we apply the one more favourable to you.
