Our story

The pattern we kept seeing.

Over two decades of working across franchises, startups, corporates, hospitality, construction, and conscious projects around the world, one pattern kept showing up.

Businesses that started with a genuine purpose would gradually lose touch with the people they were built to serve. The focus would shift from customers and teams to margins and spreadsheets, and the quality of everything would quietly decline.

The root cause was almost always the same: broken systems putting unnecessary pressure on good people. Manual processes, disconnected tools, duplicated work, missed details. Teams drowning in admin instead of doing what they were hired to do. The technology to fix this existed, but it was not reaching the businesses that needed it most.

Grand Vision Perspective was founded to change that. We look at what seems like operational chaos and see a clear path to simplicity. We design and build systems that remove friction, eliminate repetitive work, and give people back their time. Time to focus on their customers. Time to do meaningful work. Time to live.

Grand Vision Perspective is led by Barrie Elsden, principal consultant. Twenty years across franchises, startups, hospitality, construction, and growing companies on three continents. The practice combines international strategic experience with local operational knowledge, based in Bali, partnering with founders and operators across Europe, the US, and Asia to design, build, and implement systems that last.

Every engagement is led by senior people with hands-on experience in the domains we work across: finance operations, CRM and revenue systems, AI and data infrastructure, manufacturing coordination, and regulated industries.
