See how your business really runs, before you change it.
A fixed-scope review of how work moves through your business. In a few days to two weeks you get a written report, a recommended scope, and a fixed price for implementation. If you stop there, you keep the report.
- Every engagement starts here, so nothing is priced before it is scoped.
- Mostly remote from Bali, over video, shared documents and async writing.
- We advise on operations and process design. Bookkeeping and tax stay with your accountant.
In a previous role, our founder opened seven UK hospitality venues in 21 months. See the track record
What you get at the end.
The audit is its own engagement, with its own fixed price and its own written output.
-
A written report
How the work flows today, including the surfaces that have gone quiet and the ones that have drifted.
-
A recommended scope
How it should run instead, with a clear roadmap and a realistic timeline: what should change and in what order.
-
A fixed price for implementation
If you want us to lead the change, the price is in writing before any implementation work starts. If you would rather your own team does it, the scope tells them what to do.
Who it is for.
- Founder-led companies where the founder still touches operations.
- Operations-heavy businesses with at least one process that has drifted and is now costing real time.
- Teams that want a system they own, not a tool they rent.
- Founders who would rather pay for a diagnosis first than commit to a project that turns into a surprise.
Who it is not for.
- Anyone looking for bookkeeping or tax work. That stays with your accountant.
- Anyone who wants a software recommendation without looking at the process first.
- Businesses not ready for a paid engagement yet. Start with the free audit method in our field notes and come back when you want help with what you find.

How it works.
Usually a few days to two weeks from start to report, depending on the size of the business and what we are looking at.
-
Agree the scope
On a free 30-minute strategy call we map the part of your business you suspect needs help. If there is a fit, the audit scope and fee are written down before you pay.
-
Pay and sign the NDA
Pay by invoice. We sign a mutual NDA before the audit starts.
-
Tell us how things run
You fill in a short intake questionnaire, about fifteen minutes, so we start already grounded in your situation.
-
The audit
We run the audit inside your business, mostly over video, shared documents and async writing. On-site visits only where the work calls for them, scoped in advance.
-
Your report
You receive the written report, the recommended scope, and a fixed price for implementation. Then you decide what happens next.
After the audit, you choose.
-
Run it yourselves
You keep the report and the recommendation. We will not pressure you on the call where we hand it over.
-
Ask us to lead implementation
We quote it from the audit scope. Fixed price, written milestones, days to months depending on the work.
-
Add a care package later
After handover, an optional monthly care package with a defined scope of cover. 3-month minimum term, then month to month; after the minimum you can pause or end at the end of any monthly cycle.
Questions people ask before buying.
How much does it cost?
The audit has a fixed fee for a fixed scope, agreed in writing before any work starts. You see the number before you sign or pay. No timesheets, no surprises.
Why pay for an audit instead of getting a quote for the whole project?
Because pricing implementation before scoping it is how engagements get expensive in ways nobody wanted. The audit is the smallest engagement we take: below that we cannot give you enough value to justify the cost on either side.
What if we do not continue with you afterwards?
You keep the report and the recommendation. The audit is complete on its own.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the audit, no question. Most of the audit is us looking at things you would not want copied. The NDA goes both ways.
Which currency do you invoice in?
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah. Invoices are issued in IDR by PT Grand Vision Perspective and paid by bank transfer. Clients outside Indonesia can ask for a written quote; the IDR amount is binding and every invoice is issued in IDR.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice from PT Grand Vision Perspective. Ask for an invoice and tell us which entity it should be addressed to.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before work starts. Once the audit has started, the fee is refundable only under the guarantee. The details are in our Terms of Sale.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days to two weeks, depending on the size of the business and what we are looking at.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Remote-first from Bali. On-site visits where the work actually calls for them; billed at cost, scoped in advance, never speculative.
Is this bookkeeping or tax advice?
No. We advise on operations and process design. Bookkeeping and tax are handled by your own accountant.
